In this practice-oriented workshop, students will learn practices associated with different chakra systems: five element practice with the 5-chakra system, deity practice with the 7-cakra system, mantra practice with the 12-chakra system, and so on.
Students will also learn how to practice with the three Bindus, which are more fundamental and ultimately more important than the chakras.
