It is recommended that you complete the Foundations of Tantrik Yoga course prior to starting with this course.
Intro To Awareness Cultivation
In many ways this is one of the most important topics in the path of Tantrik Yoga.
In this beginning module of the Awareness Cultivation track were going to cover cultivating awareness of all the layers of our personhood.
Each week you will be receiving a powerful guided meditation practice.
There are a few ways you could do it:
- You could start doing it twice a day, morning and evening, so that you can get familiar with it in a relatively short span of time
- If you receive a practice that you really love, you could continue doing that one every day and also have another practice period where you experiment with new practices that are offered
- You can engage in any way you like, but you’ll certainly get more out of this process if you can establish two practice periods a day of about 24 minutes each
