The Program’s Learning Format

This self-guided online workshop is created based on recordings from a live weekend workshop with Hareesh Wallis from 2018. It was one of the most passionate presentations of the material Hareesh has offered. As this is a live recording, please be aware and welcome the spontaneities and “imperfections” that come through live teachings.
